  • Prices listed on our website may change without notice.
  • Warranties are subject to the terms of warranty outlined by each vendor.
  • Product is not guaranteed against latent wear and tear.
  • Dye-lot variation may occur.  
  • Customer's own measure.  The client is responsible for their own measurements.
  • Shipping.   Charges will be calculated, quoted and charged separately for each purchase.  Many fragile or oversized items cannot be shipped.  Please inquire.
  • Curb side pick up is normally available.
  • Lead times.  Vendor and shipping delays are beyond the control of Chintz and Company. 
  • Local Delivery. Chintz & Company will quote and arrange delivery and insurance of goods upon the customer's direction.  
  • Storage of Purchases.  We cannot store goods.  Purchases must be paid in full and picked up or delivered within 7 days of arrival.
  •  Final Sale.  Custom orders, textile products without original labels intact, cut fabric, cut floral stems, sale, seasonal items and gift cards are all a final sale.
  • Restocking Fee.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the return of furniture, lighting and/or over sized items purchased from store stock.

  • Termination.  Chintz & Company may return the customer's deposit and terminate our Agreement at its sole option at any time and for any reason.
